Pay safely and cheaply with a payment link. With the Advanced-Forms® payment module, payment links can easily be placed on physical and digital documents. This allows the recipient of the document to easily and directly make the payment.
By clicking on the payment link in the document (PDF) (in the case of a digital document) or scanning the QR code (with the physical document), the recipient can immediately start making the payment.
Depending on preferences, you can pay with iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Bancontact, Sofort by Klarna, GiroPay, and even American Express.
If the recipient of a document with a payment link chooses iDEAL as a payment option, he/she will be forwarded directly to the trusted banking environment to be able to make the payment immediately. If a different payment option is chosen, he/she will be sent to a so-called landing page for information about the payment being made in another way.
About the solution
The Advanced-Forms® Payment module makes contact with an external portal where payment links are generated, all of this is done in a secure manner. The payment links are received in the Advanced-Forms® Payment module and passed on to the next step in the process. The link is then included in the design, whereby the “button” with the underlying payment link must still be placed in the correct place within the relevant document.
The process within Advanced-Forms® can be set up in such a way that when the document is printed, a QR code is added with an underlying payment link. When sending and receiving the digital document (PDF), a button with the underlying payment link is visible. Of course, this button can also be a QR code or both.
