Privacy Statement

In this privacy statement you can read how we at Quadira deal with your personal data and which rights you have in regards to this matter. We have prepared this privacy statement in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, referred to in the Netherlands as AVG). This national law regulates the privacy of personal data.

Quadira B.V., located at Pater van den Elsenlaan 45-47 5462 GG Veghel, is responsible for the processing of personal data as shown in this privacy statement. Important to note is that all your data is in good hands with us. Your privacy is fully protected and nothing inappropriate or unlawful will happen to your data. Therefore we have drawn up this privacy statement. Herein you can read how we deal with your (personal) data.

Personal data that we process
Quadira collects and processes your personal data because you use our product/services and/or because you have provided us with this data yourself. The personal data we process are all data that can provide information about a (natural) person. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:
– Your first and last name
– Your telephone number
– Your e-mail address

Basis of the processing
Quadira must be able to refer the use of your personal data to one of the subjectss listed in Article 6 of the AVG. Quadira referes the processing of your personal data on the basis of ‘consent’.

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on/of website visitors who are younger than 16 years old. Unless they have permission from their parent(s)/guardian(s). However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16 years of age. We therefore recommend that parent(s)/guardian(s) be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent the collection of data about/from children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about/of a minor without relevant consent, please contact us at: DataProtectionOfficer@quadira.com. We will then delete this information at your first request.

 For what purpose and on which basis we process personal data?
Quadira may process your personal data for the following purposes:
– Sending you our newsletter and/or brochure,
– To be able to contact you by telephone and/or e-mail if this is necessary for the execution of our services,
– To inform you about changes to our services, products and prices,
– To be able to deliver goods and services to you.

Automated decision-making
Based on automated processing, Quadira does not make any decisions about matters that could (significantly) affect people. These are only decisions made by computer programs or systems, without a human being (for example an employee of Quadira) being involved.

How long do we keep your personal data?
Quadira will retain your personal data no longer than is strictly necessary for the purpose of processing for which your data was collected (article 5, paragraph 1, sub e, GDPR/AVG).

Sharing personal data with third parties
Quadira will never sell your personal data to third parties. Also, we will not share your personal data with third parties. With the exception if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

Cookies and similar techniques
Quadira does not use cookies or similar techniques.

Viewing, adjusting or deleting data (privacy rights)
You have the right to inspect, correct or remove your personal data. You are also entitled to withdraw your consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Quadira. You also have the right to data portability; which means that you can request us to send the personal data we have in our possession as a computerfile to yourself or an organization specified by you.

You can send a request to view, correct, delete, transfer your personal data or request to withdraw your permission or objection to the processing of your personal data to: DataProtectionOfficer@quadira.com. To make sure that the request for inspection was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your Id. (identity document) with the request. Make in this copy your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but no later than within four weeks.

Quadira would also like to point out that you have the option of submitting a complaint to the national supervisory authority, the Netherlands Data Protection Authority.

How we protect personal data and changes to the privacy statement
Quadira takes the protection of your (personal) data seriously. We have taken appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or if you have any indications of misuse of your data, please contact us immediately at DataProtectionOfficer@quadira.com.

Quadira may update this privacy statement at any moment. The latest versions will always be published on our website (www.quadira.com).
